Cafe de las Sonrisas is a social business based in Granada, Nicaragua. The cafe employes hearing impaired staff. On the tables and walls of the cafe there are guiding pictures on sign language, so you can quickly learn how to order your food in the language of the staff. The cafe also has a hamak shop, where you will be amazed to see how blind craftsmen and women weave magnificient hamaks.

About the organiser: The founder of the organization is Antonio from Spain who wanted to provide opportunities to hold on to life to under privileged and vulnerable disabled youth in Granada.
